Report: Biden will propose term limits and enforceable COE on SCOTUS

So then he shouldn't say anything and he should say something?
He should've said something when it mattered. (I.e. 2022) He did not.

I'm just telling you what is obvious to everyone else who observes your posts: you have developed a negative bias since the debate. You interpret everything Biden does as a net "not enough". That's on you.
You've said so multiple times. I have no problem sharing my perspective.

Perhaps repeating it over and over makes you feel good ¯\(°_o)/¯

The fun thing is, if he steps aside and his replacement loses, you will say it is still Biden's fault and that he didn't do enough.
He should do whatever it takes for the Democratic party to win, since he is the leader of the party.

As for who's fault it would be if he stepped down and Democrats still lost, that would depend on what occurred and how it occured. Saying that I could predict all of that and tell you hypothetically how I would react if it did is laughable. If I felt that Biden was at fault, even then, I wouldn't have any issues saying so. I can think of situations where it would be and situations where it wouldn't be.

We know what you will do if it happens. You've already said so.

Again, have a good day.

This is a good idea. So many non-partisan reasons for reforming SCOTUS. And so many ways to reform it.

But really, need to start with an enforceable code of ethics. The payoffs are mind-blowing. We see you Justices Thomas and Alito. Stunning corruption in our faces.
