He can propose all he likes. He's not even a lame duck President at this point. He's a wet chicken noodle President. He ain't doing shit. Even Schiff wants to get rid of him. He's the Finger of Doom and every Democrat he touches will go down to defeat. No-one wants a thing to do with him now. LOL.
And come November, the Squatter in the White House will ne gone, the rightful President will be restored, and instead of the Pence Muppet, we will have JD Vance as VP! Semper Fi! And in 2028, President Vance. Has a nice sound to it! Let's all look forward to the first President who served as a Marine, and the first veteran of the GWOT to become President. The new political generation, and we need a lot more like JD and DeSantis. Great pick by President Trump!
Looking ahead a little, I know, but we're at that stage in world events when we need ex-military Presidents who understand what's needed and can make the hard decisions. We're done with limp dick baby boomers.

The lifetime term for Justices is in the constitution (sort of). It doesn’t actually use the word “lifetime”.
“The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.”

About time, and very glad to see President Joe Biden change his mindset given the current "legislate from the bench" agenda adopted by the Supreme Court.
Senator Joe Biden was adamant about "letting the Supreme Court police itself" when he led the Senate Judiciary Committee, but the Supreme Court's recent complete disregard for precedent after 200 years shows they are in need of Congressional oversight.

Don’t forget all the confirmed corruption.That has about as much luck passing as a congressional pay freeze. It's an appeasement to the base because TSC is currently stacked right. Wouldn't be an issue if it were the other way.

I know how much you wanted to think that Biden wouldn't be in office in November. If you place that bet, you will lose. Not be factious over the matter, but the vote is on November 5th, and the new president doesn't take office until January 20, 2025.
So, Biden will BE in office in November and December of 2024 and part of January 2025.
Just pointing out facts amidst some wild stuff going on here.
