Well it seems to me only enough to make sure I eat more than an apple a day and that I do my leg exerszes, Is that too much?

The ones I have to do to keep my leg muscles strong so I will be able to support my weight when I cabn start putting weight on it hurt real bad. I have to do them twice a day 30 times each exersize. I am tired of being in pain. What kind of leg exersizes do you have in mind? Are they more pleasurable than these?

Yes, you';re right. All of you are, but its more than a little pain. And I just did the rest of them so I did do them tonight. I did them this morning too. Today I'm just bad about eating, got anything tasty for me?

i can imagine that it isn't the funnest thing to put up with every day. getting it done 3 days out of 4, i think that would work. i do have something you might be hungry for.... can i use your oven?

But its not fattening is it? Can't I eat anytime because I'm not eating hardly anything at all at any other time?

Hey Christy

I'm never hungry anymore though, that is the problem and I'm shrinking away to nothing. So they are trying to get me to eat more. With Empy as motivation, how can I say no?
