i really really liked clinton.
as a president i thought he was very skillful
and had his heart in the right place.
i was disappointed that he let some shit slide,
instead of putting the power of his status behind it,
but i thought he was great.
and he did all that he did
under the constant obfuscation of the republicans.

i'd vote for hillary in a heartbeat.

especially on a local level
there are republicans whom i respect more than
their opponents. and there used to be
principled republicans in national politics
but lately they are getting hard to find.

I think it is difficult to find principled candidates in all of the parties. Everyone has an agenda of some sort and a group promised a payback.

I have voted Libertarian, Independent, Democratic and Republican. Somehow the issues that were important to me led me to those choices.
