I don't get it.

Why is someone getting that much of a tax refund?

Why don't they estimate better?

You'd think they would be filing quarterly, wouldn't they?

maybe if they incurred some big time losses late in the year, or adopted an aggressive stance on a gray area issue,...maybe...

I just know I won't be needing to use that form...you?

I think it's just that if your refund exceeds 1 mil. you need to file this form to have it direct deposited ... a right we all have on our 1040 without this form for our measly refunds.....

Am I reading this wrong?
