Would sending him to Iraq for a tour of duty help?

Hi Mia!!

wouldn't it be lovely if all the idiots who WANTED this mess were the ones who were over there dying?

do you think they're too scared to fight their own dirty war?

Do you think there'd EVER be a war if the politicians who start it had to go and fight on the front line?

can't we make that a requirement?

How about they go to the funerals and present the folded flags to the families?

Shouldn't that be Cheney's job?

After all he just got that big check from Halliburton.

they won't even let the coffins be photographed.
what do you think they're afraid of?
do you think we're getting too political for the question thread?
do you think the families have to pay to get the bodies shipped home from dover, like the troops on leave have to pay their own way home?

I think they changed the policy on the tickets getting home.
I can read the names in the paper. I do not need to see the coffins. They are just boxes with flags on them. The pictures of the families at the funerals are much, much more powerful.

The final trip home, sadly, is always paid for.
You knew that, didn't you?
