"To the Renots," Mog replied, holding her beer next to Deacon's. Travis and Zoey caught on to the toast, clashing theirs up as well.
Mog tipped up the bottom of her beer, finishing it off. She set it on the counter and asked for another.

Deacon thought about it for a minute. Then figured what the hell, they could always come back to the bar if they want. He ran a hand through his hair, and grinned.
"Sure, let's go to your place Mog. I'll buy us some beer...I hope Bud's OK."
Deacon turned toward the bar, and asked for a case to be brought out for him. The bartender dropped a case on the bar, and winked at him. He paid, and turned back to the band.
"Alright. Let's go. Who wants to ride with me in my truck?"
"Sure, let's go to your place Mog. I'll buy us some beer...I hope Bud's OK."

"I would, but I have my own car here," Mog smiled. "I just gotta get my drums packed up and I'll be taking off. You guys might beat me there..." she pushed her hand into her pocket, pulling out a key. She threw it to Deacon.
"I'll expect that back... At some point," she gave him a wink.
"My house isn't hard to find -- 1366 Polley Street. It's a big light grey house with dark grey trim. There may be a silver Saturn Three Door Coupe in the driveway; that'd be my roommate. Don't mind her, she's cool."

He then made his way over to the front of the Pit and out into the car park beyond, taking a seat on his old bomb, which was parked just near the door. Now he awaited the others.

Macy (Mog's Roomie)
Macy sat on the couch flipping through channels. She had just returned from her job as hostess at "La Rue de Pascal." She hated the uptight snobby restaraunt, but show a bit of cleavage at a retirement party, and you can make almost as much as a stripper. She wished she could have watched the Renots tonight. Hell, they were probably out partying somewhere without her.
She settled for MTV. Teenie-bopper crap, but it's all I've got going. she thought as she walked to the kitchen. She reached in the refrigerator for a beer. She shut the door, and her sweat pants brushed against it with a swoosh.
Damn, everything seemed loud when she was all alone. She popped open the beer and downed it in three. She reached for another and plopped down on the couch again. She adjusted the grey tank top which fell above her navel and played with her belly-button ring a bit. Damn Mog for not calling.
She lay down to sleep in front of the television.

Mog swiftly packed her drumset into the back of her 1986 Pontiac Firebird. It was a tight squeeze; her back seat and her hatch were completely filled with her equipment, so she was only able to seat herself and one more person. Since Zoey didn't request a ride, she figured she'd just jump in with Deacon or Travis.
Mog drove home, pulling into the driveway and turning off her lights. She removed her keys, and stuffed them into her pockets.
It didn't take long for the blonde girl to get from her car to her house -- she didn't even bother to remove her drumset. She figured locking her doors was enough.
Mog walked in through the door, looking to see Macy laying across the couch, television on.

She sat up, sitting with her feet under her as she finished off the second beer. They'd probably started at the bar, and Macy would have some catching up to do. "And what's on the agenda?" she grinned.

Mog looked so exhillarated talking about the show. She was pumped and ready for action. Macy envied them. She had no musical talent at all. Hell, talking to Travis might as well be talking to someone from Uruguay for all the musical lingo she knew. All she had was a job anybody with two legs and a brain could do, and her roommate...the exciting, adventurous Mog.

Macy sat stunned. She had, for a minute, thought that Mog had been referring to her. Her nipples tingled at the prospect. Just when Macy was about to ask her who, Travis comes a-knockin'.
"Shit" she muttered under her breath.
"Hey Trav, fabulous timing as usual." She shot him a slightly venemous look, but followed it with a smile.
Travis looked at her quizically. Macy just shrugged her shoulders and patted him on the ass. "So where's the beer, friend-o-mine?"
