It may be sad, but it is reality.
Think about it in another way: A young, worry-free girl sleeps around and allows others to take her pictures in the nude. Later in life, she finds a conservative, nice guy who wishes to marry her, not knowing about her past. She loves him but is scared he'll get cold feet if he finds out about her past. Don't you think she'll try her best to do whatever she can to eliminate the threat?
