Hi to all!
I'm a new author, and so far I did not manage to get my story published. I had a volunteer editor review it, and he didn't find any glaring errors.
The motivation that was given to me for the rejection is:
- Did I check to make sure everything was spelled correctly?
- Were there any serious errors in punctuation or formatting (i.e. submitted in all capital letters, capitalization errors, etc.)?
- Please fix the punctuation of your dialogue. The convention is that you include periods, commas, exclamation points, or question marks inside the quotes. The essay "How to Make Characters Talk" in our Writer's Resources section has more information on the formatting of dialogue if you have further questions.
Is anyone interested in helping me with this? I'm starting to lose hope
Thanks,
mbkennet
PS I forgot, it's a story about foot fetish and humiliation.
