been at a friends birthdayparty... went home very drunkish sunday night (he is living 500m(0,3miles) away from me ... the walk took me 45 minutes and monday(yesterday) was very horrible ... much to much alcohol

thanks honey... i'm hanging in there. I actually slept last night. I've been waking in the middle of the night and i did last night too, checked my phone it was 2ish but was able to get back to sleep relatively quickly and slept in this a.m. That was nice.

Asking everyone to send positive thoughts and prayers to my girl Likes - she has a wee family member in surgery today and they can use all the positive energy they can get - just send it to the middle of the U.S.!!! Thanks!!!

AJ ~ Your kind post brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so very much for this. And the prayers worked! She'll have a few weeks of recovery, but already showing she's got lots of moxie. Here's the latest update:

"Wednesday, June 23, 2010 4:56 PM, CDT
Grace is still doing well, although, she gave her Mom and Dad a bit of a scare. Grace LOVES to sleep on her stomach and quickly tried to roll over to her side to get there. With all of the tubes and IVs we were worried she would pull something out. Daddy grabbed the nurse and she came in and started to help try to lay her back down on her back. Grace heard Dad's voice and opened both of her eyes wide to look for him.

She then stood straight up in her crib, wide-eyed, and started to leap for my arms. Poor girl must be in SO much pain. I sat with her for a good hour and a half - the whole time she kept slipping down my lap trying to snuggle in and get comfortable. She finally said she had had enough and we needed the nurse again.

We gave her 6 oz. of Pedialyte, which she quickly drank right up, to help settle her down. So far that seems to have done the trick. She didn't spit any of it up and is back to resting peacefully in her crib.

...So, we'll wait and see if she tries that after dinner. If all continues to go well we may try some applesauce tonight as she seems to have her appetite back already. She's such a trooper!"
