Regular looking people.

I'm happy this thread is getting restarted! It was always one of my favorites.

My wife has a few scars from hip and knee joint surgery so its a struggle to get her feeling good enough to wear swimsuits outside

I totally understand your wife's concerns. .. but my hubby has told me the saying that "chicks dig scars" applies to guys seeing girls too
So hopefully she can wear them as a badge of honour as to what she has been through

All the best
Marie

I think the last thing guys look at when a woman wears a swimsuit is scars...the first place is her boobs, then her butt/legs

love the pic and glad you posted!
Thank you. We have very few left of both of us. I was usually taking photos.

My wife had complicated leg vein surgery three different times. Her legs look worse now than ever. Seems like after surgery they'd be fine for several years then pop out again.
I miss her in shorts, mini skirts, and heels.

Amazingly at least a dozen years ago I had both hips replaced. I have no scars. Just a tiny seam much like a small fish worm on each hip. I was glued back together with superglue and no staples.
Other men and women have big ugly hip scars. It varies with the surgeon.

As we see others, much younger, we realize it's way too late to be competing. At this time of our lives we're happy to share stories and watch others.
It's great to see a thread with average people still enjoying pleasing others.
Life would be boring if everyone looked like a Barbie Doll.
