What does it mean when just a heart pops up on your Recent Activity list?

That is, no details as to who has tagged you as a favourite story or favourite author, just the heart.

A heart popped up but it doesn't say who favorited your story? I've never seen that before.

Maybe someone favorited your story and then deleted their account.

I know in the past, I've deleted some of my stories, and in my recent activities, I can see the heart from when my story used to be there, but the link to the story is gone because I deleted it.

Yes, the heart just by itself.

It's happened before, a couple of times, but I can't figure it out. A ghost in the machine, maybe.
