"Real Patriots Ask Questions"

TB4P sported an AV last night of a kid being patriotic juxtaposed with a protestor being carried off by police. The title asked to compare the two. Funny thing is, I thought them to be much the same thing: a celebration of America.

And, as I've said numerous times, I really have no problem with protestors. The person in the picture was arrested while staging a sit-in in a government office, while the kid was about 100 yards away (the view of him is blocked by one of the cops' legs).

The thing that gets me is when they try to claim civil disobedience as their motives, as if they're calling forth the memory of Martin Luther King or some shit. They're not. King did a lot more than just get himself arrested.
