Mock all you want, but that is an excellent book for anyone in management. Despite the stereotypes, Attila was a leader ahead of his time, appointing generals based on merit rather than birth. He was one of the first to acknowledge accountability and the necessity of training to achieve results.

Sometimes you can't judge a book by it's title.

I thought that one was done by the folks that did Bill Clinton's book, "The Presidency or Leadership by the Crotch of Your Pants".
