Yes this is true, but who knows whether a film is good better than the people that make them. There are a few on not on that list that I would put their like La Dolce Vita.
Mmmmm Anita Ekberg. I'll vote for that. :p

There aren't any Ingmar Bergman films on that list either.
Where o where is the
Seventh Seal or

Wild Strawberries

or Fanny and Alexander?

My, this sounds like a good film.

It's great. Liv Ullman and Ingrid Bergman are spectacular in this film. Probably Ullman's best performance

Oh, but Children of Men and Spirited Away belong?

Sin City and V for Vendetta should be in anyone's top 100. Top 50 probably.

Children of Men was riveting from start to finish. One of the most intense, immersive movies I've ever seen. Spirited Away contains amazing, richly-detailed hand-drawn animation.

Sin City is visually stunning at moments, but (with the exception of the final story) emotionally and thematically vacant. V for Vendetta aspires to be a big, meaningful, anti-authority movie, but ends up just being laughable.

Have to agree with ya there. Fun movies but clearly not some of the best. Not even close.

I feel the same way about the Godfather movies, why do they always make it in the top ten whenever someone makes a list of the 'best' movies? They were fun, I liked the characters, but other than that, eh.
