Reaching out

Sometimes people can't be reached, (you lose touch,
they move and you lost their email addy or new address etc)
or worse you have an arguement and the silence is stony.
(These are just examples of reaching out)

Somethings need to be said but it is hard.
How do you say it? What would you do?

For me? Today I can't reach out to someone,
not instantly anyway. And it saddens me.
To this person, if I could chat to you right now?
I would tell you that I wish life wasn't always
so hard and the path stony. But if I could I
would be there to hold you close and let you
know how much I care. Things will get better.
