Thanks for all of the wonderful advice regarding the promotion I was offered. I took a lot of it to heart in deciding to ACCEPT the promotion. The nice thing is, there's is less work (manually), less "hands on" in the accounts, and a great raise! I also have been appointed to the training academy (I'm in the security field) and I also train new managers coming on board.

It feels great knowing that the company is relying more on my knowledge than my ability to run the one account.

Once again, thank you all. You are a remarkable bunch of opinionated farts. (Couldn't make it too flowery-heh.)
