I think when it comes to rape or child molestation or any other extremely deviant sexual act (crime) you have to take into account what years of rejection and loneliness do to a man. Allow me to clarify. I agree there ARE different "degrees" of rape. However it isn't my attitude that prevents women from reporting such cases. It's the investigative protocols REQUIRED by the police to determine what degree of
"rape" has occurred. It requires hours of questions to establish credibility. It requires physical and medical examinations - usually in the presence of detectives, it requires written and often video statements to establish consistency with earlier descriptions. Any deviation from story to story likely means she be fried in court and the bad guy would walk or worse but no less frequent, that she's trying to get back at him for something. The stories of what rape victims have to go through is legendary - Does your husband / boyfriend satisfy you? What were you doing there? Did you know him? Were you wet? Have you had fantasies about being raped? What were you wearing at the time? Did you respond when he tried to talk to you? Did you tell him NO? Did you CUM? How many times did you CUM? etc etc etc etc.
THAT is what prevents 9 out of 10 women from reporting a "rape."
I invite you to come up with a shorter but more accurate way of establishing a rape from a, "Shit. His cheque bounced. I've been raped" scenario.
