The math doesn't add up, it doesn't follow logic, and there is already an established procedure that goes against it......let's do it.

Bought some new underwear while I was in Dallas; unfortunately, I bought the wrong size, and I already washed them :(

I really like my am pics threads. I love that so many, men and women, contribute pictures and are complimentary of one another. It's always nice when I go over there to see how things are going

I love that your threads are open to all - it's a lovely way to share

They really need to clean up Hollywood as it's a complete dive. It's a major tourist attraction yet it's so scummy

Do people who donate their bodies to science after they die have a grave? Or a headstone? How are they remembered? Maybe like a nicely framed Certificate of Appreciation on the wall of their beloved?

My aunt looked into doing that (in the UK). The donor was able to decide whether they wanted their 'remains', should there be any, to be returned to the family for burial, cremation, whatever, so they could be remembered in whatever way the family wished.

Having talked with a young rellie who recently graduated from medical school, I do know that the bodies which go that route are enormously appreciated by the students, and treated with the greatest of respect.

Interesting.....so, is there a funeral? Do they have a fake ceremony at the cemetary? Is there a "Future home of....." sign on their grave? I'm being kind of cheeky, but really do wonder....the Google box seems unusually void of the answers I seek today.

my wifi appears to be battling through sludge *watches the little circle go round and round*

I don't think there can be a funeral as such: nothing much if anything either to bury or cremate. But since there is being a bit more of a trend towards so-called 'direct' funerals (in the UK anyway – which no one attends), and a separate meeting, or service, of celebration of the life of the deceased which, arguably, is the more poignant bit of a funeral, what's the problem?
