I went to see Troy Saturday. Best flick of that genre since Lord of the Rings. I highly reccommend it since it stays pretty close to the Illiad. Biggest change they made was that Petroclus was Aechilles' cousin in the movie, not his lover. Guess they feared the homophobes.

As to what you said about Troy....that's interesting...I've heard some less than glowing reviews of it. Good to hear that you liked it. It's on my list of movies to see, but not sure when....lots of busy things coming up for me soon.
