Now that sounds intriguing......you need to explain :D

at the risk of coming off like a pompous ass. I'm a good looking well educated reasonable successful guy. Finding women hasn't really been an issue for me since college.

Finding quality women is another story.

I'm between playmates if you will ;)

nice to meet you too. And I'm sure quality men are hard to find too. Quality people in general seem to be in short supply.

I don't claim to be perfect or of any spectacular quality but I do my best.

didnt mean to pop in n out, then flake. I'm in the middle of my night shift rotation, and this time I actually took the week off before so that makes it more brutal. I'm trying to catch up not on the whole thread release the last couple of pages. it looks like we were talkin bout the weather and what passes for heat wave in some places.

While I recognize that humidity makes a huge difference on how we perceive temperature because it's greatly affects the body's natural cooling process evaporation of course, I still I don't laugh at the concept of heat index. I mean I get it; it's like the wind chill factor.

where I am even at its highest 6000 feet elevation is a times can be over 100 degrees actual.

and where I spent a great number of years actually have experienced 119 degrees actual temperature in the shade. epoch time no I was working with concrete reinforcing bar radiating heat directly from the sun with no shade. down in a hole so that no breeze was possible. kind of a cleansing feeling though, when you can chug a quart of water and have it immediately just pour out of your pores.

i prefer working nights so its cooler...sleeping days though in the company house is tough when humidity is high it only has an evaporitive cooler...works great when dewpoint low...not my house but im thinking of adding central air before next summer rolls around...

You know, I didnt remember or didnt know back then) that you were in the UK...

I love the rain...dont see it enough but then again thats why this is called a desert!
