Sorry KM I don't drink Mountain Dew. I get a caffeine rush and go kinda funny, wanna share my coke?
How can you tell who's a drunken loon, who's sober and who is a sober loon vs a drunken loon? And then you have your sobering up, drunken loon vs your tanked loon? On the other hand could the drunken loon really be drunk or are they on a caffeine overdose or coming off a caffeine high posing as a drunken loon?
I know I can trust your judgement.

Upon hearing yours I will let you know if you have been too lenient on yourself and what your fate is... unless, by chance, you are harsher than I have in mind (in which case I will offer you the choice...)
