Story ideas forum is good and feedback forum. Both give ample opportunites to post on a wide range of topics where your ides are important.
 
Maybe what you need is another thread like the three-word thread or the one sentence thread that were around a while ago. Between them, I had over 1000 posts in a short time. If you start one, though, be careful of wombats.
