The funny thing is that EVERYONE forgets that there are actually MORE employees than those played by us. Cause a restaurant wouldn't run with the number of waitstaff/etc that is currently there.

And hell no! No one volunteers to stay and help unless something huge happened.

They are actually understaffed. Smaller restaurants than Quinn's have four or more waiters. it helps to make sure that the staff isn't overwhelmed and customers are helped frequently.

Looking forward to the cleaning party! I'm okay with one or two people maybe sticking around after closing, but once clean-up is done, the party needs to be moved.

Oh, and if we're placing bets...my money is on Sid and Jose. Or Mr. Quinn. *Smirk*
