I had sex for the first time saturday and I bled a lot.
But i kept bleeding for a few hours.
Is that normal?

(I'm such a noob huh)

Well, NO, that doesn't seem "normal" at all. Are you having your period? Please go and see a medical professional and take care of yourself!

Everything is alright now. I just ruined his pants and part of his sweater.

Well, I don't know. My friend bled for a couple of days afterwards. I'd still have it checked out, though.

If that's ok now and you feel ok, everything is most probably fine. BUT to be sure please check out...

I wouldnt worry about it if it has been a while and you feel alright. You are probably fine. This coming from a girl who sometimes bleeds after sex in general though. It couldnt hurt to go get a checkup of course and is a good idea even if you had not bled a bunch.

Come on, she had sex for the first time, it was normal to bleed for few hours afterwards.

In China, if a girl doesn't bleed after the sex with a man for the first time, there is a good chance the man will think less of her if he is going to marry her.

I wouldn't worry too much, Iris. I'm guessing you tore a little. I usd to bleed after sex almost always. If you tend to bleed after sex ALL the time (after a few months of being sexually active) then I suggest you see a doctor.

Perfectly said.

Maybe try some lube the next time, in case you were a little on the dry side, but if it continues after several months of regular sexual activity, then do as Pert said and get thee to a gyno/doctor.

Thanks. I think I just tore too cuzz the blood didn't really come from inside. Probably because of the position. Everything is ok now.
