Questions on Series

I get that, I mean if a post Betty first then Annie the next day, the bot will put them together in a series (maybe with Annie first), or will it break and just not join the series?
So far as I know, it will put Annie in first, even though you published it later. Not one hundred percent sure, though.

Don't do what I've done - don't use a - (dash) as a text divide, it comes before numerics and stuffs things up. The only fool proof (bot proof) way is to use Ch. 01 or Pt. 01, which makes sure a numeric count sets the sequence.

Ok, thanks. When the time comes, I'll try with something like...

My Series: Bananas
My Series: Apples

And see what happens. Even if they don't link properly they'll be together. What I don't want to do is number them because that gives the idea that there is a correct order to read them in.

I reckon calling the first one Smoking Paradise Island then jumping to "Origins" (shouldn't have the apostrophe) prevents the bot identifying a sequence.

You've got to be consistent when you title them, either with chapter numbers 01, 02, 03 etc, or an alphabetical sequence, Smoking Paradise - Alice - Betty - Charlie and so on. It's not something the site does manually, from what I can see. It's done by a bot, so you need to think how a word bot might process strings of text.
Yeah, I think you are right.
I confused a bot, or human!

Yep - I have a cluster like that - they're shown together on my story page, even if they're not linked as a series. Which is just as well, since they're not in fact linked stories, other than "explorations of different sexuality."

As I am about to start a multi-part Series, I have a few questions about series on Literotica. There is supposed to be a Series title, description, and Introduction. Also, you can have cover art for the named series. Since I find nothing else in the FAQ to help with this, my question is, how do I set these up? I haven't finished the first story of the outlined first five, so I have time to figure this out, but so far, I'm unsure what I need to do.

A little help on this matter would help a great deal.
Make your brief description focus on the sex and make them different each time. If you keep it the same it tells the viewer nothing about the story and risks lower views.

So far example.

X travels through the gate and meets a double-dicked tribe.

Short enough, intrigues with the sex and pulls people in.

But hey, what do I know.

Does anyone else have a series management page? Just like Millie described I can set a cover and make a description. It’s new.

Wow... I obviously underestimated how much of this they had done and ready to roll. LOL Just played with the beta, and I'm loving it.

I'm going to see if I can load the cover art I put together for my ebooks, assuming I can find it!

I used a modified version of my Steward of the Wood cover for the Magic of the Wood series cover art. Changed the title, modified the dimensions to 2:3, and added a couple of ferns for creative nipple covering, in anticipation that there will be limits on that. Seeing if I can get away with areolas.

It seems series thingy has been updated enabling us to do it!

Well, I've figured out how to make a new series. Now, how do I get rid of the test series that I created? The FAQ is silent on that.

I did send feedback so I will post the answer here if I one.
