I am not really experienced enough to answer this one. To take a shot at it though, my fantasies are not totally "out there" so I do think that at some point I'd like to realize most of them.

As I said, I rarely even visualise my fantasies in a seeing sense, concentrating more on thoughts and feelings/sensations that accompany those thoughts. Dreams are the same in that though they are movie like most times and in colour, they rarely feature a face/s though the identity of familiar people is known to me through sensory perception. Has always seemed weird to me, but has served me well throughout my life as I seem to have extremely vivid fantasies and dreams which do not seem to suffer from the lack of graphic visualisations and physical features.
