If it's not a Nude Day Contest entry, it might be as long as two weeks -- contest entries have priority for posting.

Posting times are usually longer than the 72 hours giveninthe FAQ, but they depend on a lot of factors -- like the volume of stories in the same category waiting to be posted, the overall volume of stories, contest priorities, etc.

My latest illustrated story has been in the queue for over a week without a response. On the other hand my nude day stories are published within hours, so it works both ways.

Illustrated stories require more manual processing than plain text stories, so I'd expect them to take even longer than the normal delay for non-contest stories.
