Ok I have seen all of the helpful responses about cumming too soon but I have the opposite problem...... I cant seem to cum fast enough, or at all. So if anyone out there has any sort of advice on how I can cum sooner it would be a great help because going for 30 minutes- 1 hour before, or without cumming is nerve wracking. That and having it stay hard for another 10-15 minutes after I do cum kinda sucks too. So any advice that you can give will be very helpful.

Unless you are receiving complaints from your lovers that you are taking way to long to fuck them......why worry? You should be boasting, being able to give it to em long and hard is a compliment to your staying power, and we all know how in demand staying power is. If you are still in need of suggestions as to cum faster, perhaps it is with whom your are spending your nights with. Are you totally turned on by your lover, is she hot enough to make you cum either just looking at her or imagining being with her? Just a few questions you might ask yourself.

Well the thing is I just lost my virginity 2 1/2 weeks ago....even then it took over a half hour. I had this same problem when I was antidepressants.

I think I have figured it out the past 2 nights. I am thinking I was too concerned about her pleasure...ie... I wasnt even letting myself enjoy what was going on. The past 2 nights I have gone about 20 minutes before turning the attention to myself, once I turned to myself it took only about 5 minutes tops for me to cum. I have the same problem, I have a lot of stamina and I've been known to go for 3 hours at the most, seriously. It wasn't anything mental I just kept going I was impressed with myself. I found to correct the length of time, somewhat, was to increase the time of foreplay.
