Oh shush. Hon, they're not going to post a deployment list. That would be very bad for operational security.

I think the best you can do is call fort bliss and ask what unit he is in, they might tell you but I wouldn't count on it considering the circumstances. If they will tell you the unit, ask for an APO address and write him a letter.

Well shit. I want it to be done for me. I don't want to call. ;)

I'll have Mr Freaky call tomorrow. He knows what to ask... I don't.

:) Thats to prove Im smart! hahah I know what its like to have aloved one over there and not know if hes left or not. My brother is in special ops with the Delta Force in Pararescue. Hes already had 5 missions since the start of the war and hes heading towards baghdad. Sine hes in special ops we dont get to hear from him vecry much, and normally all of their missions dont get any publicity. Its the not knowing is soooo hard.

Freaky do you know any of his friends there? Did he ever give you the # to one of the pay phones there? If you’re not family and I mean immediate family they won’t tell you anything. I know how you feel. A really close friend is stationed in Bah Rein (sp?) and if anything happens to him I really have no way of knowing. I’m not close family, his parents live in MI and really don’t know me so…

We have a call into his mother.. hopefully she will call back tomorrow.

I know enough about this guy that I could pass off being a relative if I need to ;)

I thought that to for a second.

Just highly suspcious we are.

I'd say it is more about having learned from experience and/or having a good memory.

Can't be Always.

Her brother probably got out of the military.. you know "after the accident" because of some injury or emotional/mental problems.

Plus.. I think mental problems run in the family anyway.

The same named popped into my head also.

Always trust your gut reaction. Odd that at least 3 of us immediately got the same vibes from the newbie, isn't it?
