I would think it would not be so much what was inside of her, but how it was worked.

We all do things slightly different, like linguistics, which is how we form words when we write, or penmanship in how we write our words, or the way we drive our car...it is all slightly different, so it only makes sense that with something so incredibly personal, we would do likewise in our style of sex.

A lady would pick up on those subtleties I would think.

I've asked that of Lovers. For the most part the answer was somewhat like @Cuttingedge wrote.

The Ladies said that they might be able to tell by size and fit of his penis. But there are bigger clues.

Us guys forget that Ladies tune in on smell, tactile and sounds.

One guy my be have hairy chest or legs even if they manscape the southern regions.

Hands...smooth or rough? Grab hard or gentle

The most common answer was that the Ladies could tell from a guys odors. Not stinky exercise or work sweat. Just normal odors.
