Mistie, if you can give me specifics on what concerns you, I will be happy to give you my opinion. If you aren't comfortable posting them publicly, feel free to send a PM.

My best advice is to use your common sense and ask your obstetrician if there are any restrictions on your sexual activity.
No fisting during pregnancy is the first thing that pops into my head.
Try different activities you enjoy and see how you feel. Your body will likely tell you what is safe.
If you begin to spot or to have contractions.... STOP. Use your safeword.
As the pregnancy progresses, you may find different positions uncomfortable and should make appropriate allowances.

I'm sure there are women here on the board who have played while pregnant. They will more than likely have other suggestions for you.
