When teenage girls start shaving their legs, there's usually a bit of a learning curve. It took me about 10 years, in fact, to get to the place where I could go a year without nicking myself with the razor.
So what about y'all? If you first got around to shaving your legs after being used to shaving your face, did that make it easier to avoid nicks? Or do you just use an electric razor and not have to worry about it either way? I realize there are a lot of variables, and this question makes a few assumptions, so feel free to answer what I should have asked, instead of what I did ask.
I ask this for the purpose of writing realistic science fiction, by the way.
I'm trying to decide whether a 30something character who's just been gender morphed into a woman will be good at it right away.
