Question for those more experienced with these stories

Hiya all, I have a question for those of you with much more experience posting stories instead of RPing. Now this is probably a stupid question, but, I cannot find a way of submitting a story or making a story index on Lit.

After reading through the FAQ (when all else fails, read the instructions) I noticed that it claims that I should have a "Submit Story" button or something to that effect within my User Control panel. Alas, I cannot find any such button. Would someone please clue me in.
