Not sure how I feel about asking this question on here, but I reckon you are an open lot Also haven't found any answers on the net-unless you count the 'omg I would NEVER do that' type of answers....

Has anyone experienced an inducement of a menstrual period (ie all symptoms, normal flow etc etc) after intense fisting?

Its never happened to me before, but then the fisting has never been as intense and so many times in a short space of time before.

I am not unduly worried (as I know its not spotting or related to injury), but its a whole week early.

PM's are welcome for those that don't want to write in the forum, but I am inclined to think an answer in the open may answer someone elses question.

Yes I have, and I have found it relates a bit to where I am on my cycle and what type of contreception I am using.

It's happened to me after intense PIV sex, so I have no doubt it could happen after fisting, too.

Eric, yes there is-but I am 40 and 5 years past the cut off age to take the combination pill (the ones that regulate periods). I am also of a mind not to alter my natural body rhythms with hormones, far too scary a thought for me

Daisy, Thank you that is reassuring. I guess it could be logical that a 'good massage' of that area would in fact speed things up especially if close to ovulating anyway.

Thanks Seela, my Doc said pretty much the same thing (I didn't mention the fisting to her )....course she also mentioned the pre menopausal thing....*sigh*

Count me in one of the women who can get periods early due to intense sex.

If I'm a week or closer to my normal due date, rough sex, overly emotional sex, heavy duty stress and intensive physical labour can all bring on the bleeding early.

The pill didn't really do much to regulate that either.

It's frustrating as hell, and you're not alone. All I can recommend is remembering to use the mattress protector and old sheets for the week before. Just in case.

And don't worry about it. An understanding partner isn't going to get too squicked out by something that's normal and out of your control.

Thank you Sweet It didn't actually happen 'at the time', it was a week and half later (and a week earlier than due). Guess I should just put it down to the fact sometimes these things happen. Just its never happened to me before, normally I am clockwork.

I have noticed this had happened to me both after fisting, or an intensely rough session. And I am usually close to it happening anyway.

Thankfully my Sir is very understanding and it has not stopped our play.

Master can attest to my period being induced by intense sex/orgasms. When we were in 'visiting' mode, it used to happen almost every trip. Drove us both a little nuts.

DS I never thought of the orgasm and contractions it brings-they are intense with fisting aren't they.
