1. There is no medical condition that results in painful erection because of the size of the penis. There are diseases such as Peyronie's disease in which erections cause pain because of misshapen erectile tissue, but size has nothing to do with this.

2. There is no medical treatment or surgery currently performed to specifically reduce penis size.
