Question: Can this be real or not?

I received this pic in e-mail today. The mail stated that this man's camera had been recovered from the rubble, but he has not yet. What do ya'll think? Real? Fake? At any rate, it sent chills through me and gave me goosebumps.

Odd how I can hear a jet when it flies miles above my house but this gentleman couldn't hear it as it was about to crash into the building he was in.

i personally can't see a camera falling 110 floors and not breaking up.. but then again.. i can't imagine someone flying an airplane into a building.. and that happened.. so i guess anything is possible.

Well if it's real.. it wasn't in the Enquirer, Time, Newsweek or any other "Special Edition" magazines that i bought.. you would have thought that any or all of them would have had it.. or even the news programs on tv..

When I received it, I didn't think it was real either. But, like I said, it still sent some chills through me. As for the "not hearing it" part... If it were real, perhaps he knew he was going to die so he had that pic taken as a reminder? Who knows... I just thought I'd share since I KNEW this pic hadn't made it to Lit yet.

Unfortunately, this pic is highly unlikely...... Have to question the clothing. Yes, he is up above 1000 feet, but the temperature change is only 3.5 degrees per 1000 feet. It is unlikely that it was remotely that cool that someone was carrying, even wearing cold wx clothing such as this on 9/11. Sorry.

I've been to the top of the WTC and while you can get outside, that is NOT the fencing that is there. Do you really think they'd let people that close to the edge of the building with just a short little rail to keep them safe?

It has been about 20 years since I was there, but from what I recall, there was tall barbed wire fencing surrounding the observation deck.

the picture as far as "really being on top of the WTC" is real.. the plane is put in by some sick bastard.. anyway.. here is a link to a "virtual" tour of the WTC buildings.. you will see that the fence is just like the one in the pic

You aren't "near the edge".. there is a balcony a few floors or so below (with what looks like a taller fence).. so jumpers wouldn't get far if they jumped

Highly unlikely it is real, especially since it did not show in any major media outlet. Wouldn't you be heading for the stairs whether you knew you were going to die or not?

The very fact that this has shown up on the 'net and not in any newspaper or on TV tells me that there are some really warped people out there that will doing anything to put something over on people.

just looking at the way the shadow falls on the background in comparison to how it falls on him and on the airplane.. i can tell it isnt real just because the shadows arent right. and considering the time of day, the shadows should all fall in the same direction (since it had to be in the morning).. since there is so much inconsistency with the shadows, it isnt a real pic
