Question about http://writers.literotica.com

a good idea in theory which has yet to be implemented, as far as I know. I've never seen that link live in all of the time I've been here.

Ok, thanks for the answers

Guess it's not up.

@ cantdog, the site writers.literotica.com is mentioned in your member profile area amd there is a link to it there. When you click that link, it prompts for a username and password.

Hopefully the administration here puts that site up in the future because it does sound like a good idea.

I guess so. What would it do that we aren't already doing here, though?

Apparently, it's supposed to be kind of a market place for writers, Cant.
You can advertise your stuff and interested party can, well are supposed, to come there and pay you for it.

That would be a bear to arrange, unless one paid the person to run the site, and the mod would double as an agent. Nobody would do all the legwork required just for love, unless we were all a lot luckier than we deserve.

No wonder it hasn't happened.

I thought about the same thing Cantdog, that maybe that part of the site would have to be fee-based. It would still be a great idea even if we had to pay a montly fee or something, or maybe it could be set up as pay by commission as in the site gets a "manager's" or "agents" percentage of whatever you sell a story for. Either way, it would be only fair for the admin to charge for providing a marketing environment.
