I hate to discuss specific ideas - for me, part of being a dom is also coming up with creative ideas that may or may not serve (no pun) a larger group. I could tell you, but I am saving some for the story I am writing

I like the points idea - did something similar with my ex-sub. Not sure if I would call this a punishment necessarily. How about the sub keep a diary on points and how she earned them, make her re-live the moment by writing it down. Have a goal for points for a given week, or else the next week goals would be doubled, etc.
