Here's a paragraph I just made up. You can punctuate it any way you like, and even add any common conjunctions, if you so wish.

He entered her bedroom cupboard was closed but they thought they were being watched somehow she enticed him on his knees and she came behind him pushing him over leaving his ass in the air this led to a sound spanking which he endured and she enjoyed and the man in the cupboard became very hard indeed he did join in eventually giving directions and ordering his slut to perform for him while the other man was treated like their mutual plaything he didn’t mind his own business end being taken care of.
