I Think I'm Venturing into LW Territory?

Hello all. I have published a small handful of stories on here under the fetish category, because they were stories that I wrote for myself and that's where they fit. But I recently started writing a mutual fantasy for one of my favorite ladies here on Lit, and after several installments over the course of a week or so (I post them late at night so she can wake up and read them), I asked her if she would be alright with me publishing the story on Lit. She was thrilled by the idea, excited for strangers (and possibly some of her Lit friends unwittingly) to read our mutual fantasy, only wanting me to change her name in the story.

So. The story is semi-realistic in that it involves her and I having a relationship on Lit while she and her husband have an entirely sexless and loveless marriage. She eventually convinces her husband to allow her to take me as a lover. He acquiesces, deciding that since he no longer satisfies her sexually or romantically, he still loves her enough to let her enjoy that aspect of her life.

My main question is, not actually having read anything from the loving wives category, but seeing all the commentary about the hatred those stories garner, do you all think that concept even fits in the Loving Wives category? I'm still early in the overall story and thinking that the affair could lead to a rekindled fire in her relationship with her husband. Possibly by her relating our experiences to him after the fact. So does this count as a Loving Wives story? Frankly, part of my intention is to just plain piss off all the haters. But perhaps our story isn't controversial enough to truly rattle the hornet's nest.

Thank you in advance for any and all input and/or advice. And have a horny day!

I am not a regular at LW, by any means. But, like you may be doing, I recently wrote a story that ended up there -- I originally intended it as SFF. My score was easily the lowest I have gotten on any story, but there was incredible engagement. 5x my second highest number of comments or votes. And the comments were overwhelmingly positive and supportive. A couple unpleasant ones told me to take it to SFF. Most of the other complaints were very legitimate criticisms of the story. And many of the nicest comments I have ever received.

Good to know! Thanks.

It certainly counts as LW. Your premise is certainly set up to get some haters, of that there's no doubt. It will probably get some appreciation, too.
