With all the threads on body types and differing opinions, I wonder if anyone here works out? I am presently on a 6-day cycle of 3-1, and loving it. It's almost entirely freeweights and olympic bars. What type of exercise do you do? Come on, give it up... :D

I worked out for two years, six days a week with the exception of abs which I worked on seven days a week. I had just got my body where I liked, and had a bit of a miss. It has been three years since then. I just had the surgury to 'fix' my miss and hopefully I will be back on the weights soon.

NOTE: Never bench press free weights without a spotter. EVER.:D

EDIT; You can't even tell that I ever worked out now. It doesn't take long to loose those gains.:(

Lots of hockey..

I try to play at least 2 times a week.. usually I can go 4 times.

Since nobody in the their right mind actually wants to look like a muscle-bound, no-neck moron, I work out 2-3 times a week, heavy on cardiovascular training and moderate on weights. Keep it slim, keep it toned.

Free weights are the way to go, as far as lifting is concerned. Cardio and Anaerobic threshold workouts are fun too.

Try supersetting....

Working antagonistic muscle groups like chest/back, biceps/triceps, quads/leg bicep, standing/seated calve raises. I can do a two hour workout in about 65min, and it's a real good cardio alternating without rest per group!

Here's a good site for info: www.davedraper.com :D
