Today's gangbangers are boasting of who they are going to kill right on Twitter and Facebook, the cops seem totally behind.

Twitter and Facebook don't seem to care at all, as long as a psychopath like Mark Zuckerberg gets rich who cares right? Fucking vile.

Social media is a tool that reaches a lot of people.

But is posting your crap online any different from street cred through nefarious means being passed on the streets from person to person like Chinese whispers?

Don't get me wrong. I'd like to ban them from the internet and stop their hate from being posted.

If anything their posting online gives the cops a bit of a heads up.

In my neighbourhood it works against the knuckle heads. The police post their mugshots and more often than not someone dobs in their whereabouts or links the police to their facebook which is full of dumb bragging about their crimes and they get arrested and charged. You brag then you get to do the lag.
