I'm afraid I may have psychiatric or neurological problems.

I was staring at the ceiling lying in bed last night and my vision was pulsating, was distorted, and was zooming in and out very slightly. I am NOT on ANY drugs or alcohol whatsoever, which leads me to believe that this could a psychological problem.

More than likely it was the sugar filled, caffeine enhanced energy drink supplement you had at 8:00 PM, but it could be general insanity and a neurological disorder and that small chance should be explored and exploited.
