I have a few questions to ask you all about prostitution.

Where is the main area(s) where prostitutes work at/or stroll in your city?

To the guys, have you ever paid a prostitute for sex?

I've never paid a prostitute, but I would consider doing so if it was legal (i.e. a licensed brothel in Nevada.) I don't want to go to jail for soliciting.

It's my understanding that nowadays prostitutes mostly work through escort agencies. I've never seen a streetwalker--or perhaps I'm simply too naive to recognize one.

In Minnesota, the government is pretty careful in watching those businesses who specialize in sexually-oriented material, gentlemen's clubs, and the like. Most massage parlors in Minnesota that actually have walk-in business are actually legitimate massage parlors, and often have names like "Health massage" or "So-and-so's massage clinic" in order to dissassociate themselves from the reputation that massage parlors once had, here.

Now, I believe that if you want a "sensual massage" you have to go through an outcall service. I'm sure that there is some kind of underground sex service industry going on, but it must be at least a little discreet. I've never seen any--out in the street, that is. There are plenty of advertisements for private dancers and escort services.

Minnesota is not lenient against prostitution at all.

They are the ONLY state to have an actual website that shows the names and pics of people who get arrested for soliciting prostitution.

I forgot to list the PDs that have a website.

They are the Minneapolis and St. Paul police departments.

Well, that's a flip side of living in a state with such socialist tendencies, I guess. But I sure loved that state-subsidized health insurance when I needed it.

Ok, I'm glad to hear that.

I live in Tennessee. So I don't know a whole lot about the state of Minnesota.
