5 years ago, I had my prostate removed due to cancer. The prostate produces semen, providing the liquid that the sperm swims in. Since I no longer have a prostate, I can’t ejaculate. It can be very pleasurable, but it’s different because there’s not necessarily the same sense of being finished. Also, climacturia is a problem. Sometimes I squirt urine when I orgasm, which can be unpleasant for my partner. We’ve talked about that recently, and I’ll wear a condom to catch the urine.

No, my penis isn’t shorter. I don’t get as hard, though. I could take meds for that, but meanwhile I also have Peyronie’s , which is a bent penis. So we can’t have intercourse. She jacks me off after I finger her.

I've never heard of climacturia before. I looked it up and it seems very common after your type of surgery. About half find the symptom disappear after a couple of years, but otherwise, it persists. Sorry to hear that. I hope you find someone who enjoys being sprayed.

I had the same surgery and I think it was the worst decision I ever made. I am single. When I'm honest with a girl before meeting and tell them I dont ejaculate, I've been ghosted multiple times. Life goes on...

I'm with both you guys, having had my prostate removed in October 2024 -- can still get partially hard (but not hard enough for penetrative sex), enjoy playing with wife, who does same to me and vice versa as you guys, but do miss the visual aspects of "spurting" (hence my WL name!).

Regarding the spurting urine, there is one thing I do that kind of brings back the days of cumshots -- but it requires some privacy and a shower . . . . Sometimes I'll JO with a less-than-empty bladder, and "finish" standing by the open door of my shower. The "piss shot" is pretty spectacular (at least to me), and is easily cleaned.
