For me the secret is to choose a toy that is not too large in diameter. For me about 1.25 inch diameter is the maximum diameter that is comfortable. Use lots of lube. We have a 7 inch dildo that is 1.25 inches in diameter and it feel great. Prostate stimulation definitely intensifies orgasms.
