I have only had a prostate orgasm in the context of jacking off. (I think I posted on it earlier) balancing stroking and prostate manipulation produced fantastic results! Big difference between precum and cum. Dry means you don’t actually ejactulate.

First three times I did it I had the Big O and it was dry. The last two times I did it no Big O but could tell my body was done. I might need the bigger toy the Vice for the Big O. My smaller one yet to happen. But the big one hurts going in.

Need to go all the way in to make contact and if you hit your prostate it isn’t usually instant orgasm. Usually takes a bit of time. Im not sure that I 100% after with you post. I can tell you that you can ejaculate prostate fluid. Everyone is different and are more sensitive than others. I can tell you that fluid can be expressed during a prostate exam. A prostate orgasm can be dry but usually people add penile stimulation during prostate play. That would not be a pure prostate orgasm tho. People also stimulate the prostate differently, this difference can be the reason why prostate fluid is not expressed. My wife became interested in prostate play after she worked in urology and some of the other nurses talked about some guys who leak fluid during an exam. They talked about it and she found the information interesting. Expressing prostate fluid isnt all that difficult. Some express prostate if they have a firm bowel movement.
