That's what flared bases, suction cups and vibrating toys are for.

I'd suggest going for functionality over looks. It's great if you can find toys with both, but quality, safety, cleanliness and useful features should probably be your main priorities.

Looking at the Aneros...does it vibrate? After using something that vibrates I dont want something that doesnt

Nope, all of the models are just shaped, hard plastic. They've gotten mixed reviews here.

There's one called the "Pro-touch" prostate massager. It has a pocket for one of the smaller egg vibes.

it's got two small nubs, sorta like anal beads but more gradual and small...

and then the base is thick. the whole thing is curved to hit the good spot, and is silicone.
