I know this must seem infantile, but I can't add a pic to my damn profile. How're the girls gonna know I'm hot if they can't see me, right? Ok, so I tried logging into Literotica then going to my profile options where I added my picture then loaded a standard Jpg of myself, and wallah, nothin'. What's up with that? How am I supposed to put my pic on my profile for memebers to see, and therefore marry a super model, huh?

An avatar requires 100 posts and can only be 150x150 pixels and 15KB or less.
A Profile Pic has to be no bigger than 250x250 pixels and 20KB -- I don't think there is a minimum post requirment for a profile pic.
Then there's your member's profile on the main site which requires an admin's approval before it will display -- that can sometimes take up to a week before they get around to dealing with the backlog of pictures needing approval.
Literotica does not have the newest version of vBulletin/plugin program that will automatically resize images. You have to use a program like IrfanView (a fre image management program for Windows) to resize and compress images to meet the limits for each of the three "personal image" options.

You don't have enough posts for an avatar, but all of the other posibilities are limited by three things: The Width of the picture in pixels; the Height of the picture in pixels; and the Size of the file.
Only a few file formats are acceptable, but JPeG and GIF are still the most common formats and almost any image editing program can save pictures in those formats.
FWIW, the function with the least restrictions on images is the attachment function -- the "Manage Atachments" button near the bottom of the reply page. Perhaps if you attach the image you're trying to use to a post oneof us can tell you what needs to be done to it for a profile picture, avatar, or member page picture.
